Once when my husband was away I went over to a friend’s house to share kids dinner and bath time together. After dinner, the kids had some greek yoghurt with this delicious homemade bright fushia sauce on top. They gobbled it down, just like it was ice cream! I knew I wanted to make it straight away, and its been a staple in our house ever since. Its just a lovely combination of flavours and goes really well on porridge or over pancakes too. This has no added sugar and it really doesn’t need any.
