This stuff is amazing! I’ve been making it about once a week ever since my Boulder fashion blogger friend Annie Bloj wrote about it. Its incredibly versatile – I eat it on toast, make smoked trout pate, put it with this crispy salmon or stuffed into this chicken.. so many possibilities.
But even more amazing is how easy it is! I love finding out that I can make fantastic basics like this at home. We are so ingrained to thinking that we have to buy everything at the grocery store. Making it yourself is cheaper, healthier (no preservatives, E numbers etc), not to mention the great sense of satisfaction you get from creating something so lovely.
